Designed to build a bigger gas tank, as well as build muscle, burn fat, and improve bone, tendon, ligament and cardiovascular health.
Finally you’ll discover the foundations of better nutrition to help you start to lose the pounds, strengthen your workouts, fuel recovery, detoxify and fight inflammation.
MOVEMENT, MOBILITY & STRENGTH
In phase two we will progress the develop a comprehensive daily physical activity and movement program focusing on the increasing of NEAT, or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis, meaning more calories burned without working out, and increasing max strength, mobility and high intensity cardio.
RECOVERY, POWER & LIFESTYLE
Finally in phase three we will zone in on many of the less focused on aspects of living super for life; Recovery, Power made easy, and focusing on maximizing our new found health and fitness lifestyles and habits.
Program Takes Flight Jan. 18, 2021
1. Meet & greet, initial weigh-in, measurements, tracking sheet, and Better Eating Masterclass will be held on Saturday Jan. 16 8am - 9am.
2. Fitness sessions begin on Monday January 18, until Thursday February 11.
3. Sessions are very Monday & Thursday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
