Arguably, one of the biggest aspects of my client health coaching is the aspects of 'living better', and I have created this unique and amazing get-away/home-stay for my clients in my second home of Hua Hin Thailand.
Hua Hin is a classy, and beautiful seaside beach town less than 3 hours south of Bangkok, and has historically served as the "summer vacation" property of the Thai Royal Family. So it only seemed proper to offer my SLB coaching clients the same royal get-away.

Stay at our beautiful Bali style villa in amazing seaside Cha-Am Village just outside of Hua Hin Thailand. We have beautiful guest rooms with showers, dirty kitchen, full AC and fan, wifi, and smart TV.
And of course you're free to use our spa like features and meditation garden. Salt water pool, infrared sauna, cold dip, Zen Path & Grounding trail (walking meditation path), organic garden, fire pit, water features, stone foot paths, yoga Shala, puja space and more.
We also have motos available and scheduled shuttles for beaches, market and day trips. Fresh fruits, Thai snacks are always available in the dirty kitchen as well as fresh drinking water. Along with morning Kafe Bulon (traditional Thai coffee, hot or cold), and authentic northern Thai breakfasts and dinners..
BRING THAILAND
HOME WITH YOU
Try your hand at some authentic and traditional Thai cooking, and learn some new spices ands herbs, and how to make a few dishes to take back with you home. As well you can discover both Thai Yoga, and Ahina Yoga as well as Vipassana Meditation, and some basic Thai Bodywork techniques.
We will also visit some Thai markets where you can pick up some souvenirs from sale knick-knacks to complex and traditional Thai artwork. Whatever you want, it can be yours.
ROYAL BEACHES, ISLANDS & SIGHTS
What is Thailand without beautiful beaches, islands, local markets, surf dinners, beach beers, and some of the most amazing sunsets???
Hua Hin, and Cha-Am have all of these, and of course you will get to spend lots of time on the sands and sea. I mean they even have horseback riding on the freakin' beach FFS!!!
