FITE: We Put The Fit in the Fight
FITE was developed by Ror Alexander, who for years trained in various combat and martial arts styles; Krav Maga, BJJ, Muay Thai, Sanda, and Tae Kwon Do. However his true passion was for strength & conditioning particularily for fighters and combat sports, and over a few years heworked with a number of martial arts studios, gyms and boxes in Canada.
But in 2012 he decided that he wanted to take his love of combat focused conditioning and strength to Asia. And to his surprise Asia was far behind the wester when it came to Strength & Conditioning. From Singapore, to Hong Kong, Jakarta, and Manila, to Thailand, absolutely no MMA gyms took focused S&C to heart. And Ror kept getting the same old "we do bodyweight mostly.... and some running". A far cry from the fitness programs of professional fighters in UFC, Bellator, or ONE Championship. Yet to this day, most of this STILL holds true, even in Canada. It's crazy. But sadly true.
So over the years Ror worked with some big names like, Fairtex, Yokkao, and various fighters with different organizations including ONE Championship, the rest is history, and FITE was born.
Now teaming up with Canadian (based in Thailand) MMA fighter & coach Murray "Showtime" Sogen, FITE has been developed to help new and seasoned fighters get Faster, Stronger, Better.
