than what happens in the gym. In fact, our day to day non-exe rice movement is our second biggest calorie burner right after the calories you burn just to keep breathing, thinking and moving blood around your body. And maintaining a healthy weight for life is strongly correlated with how often you just simply move throughout your day. 

So now, start to develop new routines to help you move more, because remember as they say, "sitting is the new smoking".
