The Core 8 Pillars of the challenge are those foundations that we believe (and most wellness professionals around the world agree with) are crucial to a thriving life. Strong body, healthy mind, and spirit.

However, we also add in the optional 8 Community Pillars that will take you above and beyond what you ever imagined you could affect. You will find that if you do some or all of these, they will be JUST AS important to you as the Core 8 Pillars.

EXERCISE

The affects of exercise are very well documented, decreases in a number of disease factors, self-esteem, and other physiological actions. The kinds of exercises are not important, as long as you are doing exercises that you enjoy for a minimum of 15 minutes a day

NUTRITION

Nutriton has been receiving a much better respect for it's affect as a "medicine" for the body. Good nutrition plays a key role in of your bodies and mind functions. We provide a simple selection of foods to avoid in order to stay optimally healthy. And they fit in will ALL healthy diet plan you may follow.

Sleep is often overlooked but is very important for recovery, immunity, body composition, muscle optimisation, brain function, and mood.

Growing up, EVERYONE has dreams; whether it's career, hobby, or travel destination. However, most also give it up as well. Now you can take it back. Only 10 minutes a day to work on taking steps to making your dreams reality.

MOVE: MOVEMENT & BODY FREEDOM

Ensuring your body has optimal movement capabilities is very important. From being able to maximise exercise, and lowering blood pressure, to preventing injuries, great mobility will keep you moving throughout your whole life.

POSITIVE ENERGETIC LIFESTYLE

Lifestyle is as important as the rest. Making sure you are learning, engaging in positive, life improving activities, travelling, improving your personal environment, and making meaningful small changes each day will lead to greater prosperity and life enjoyment. We have set up 3 rules, and will be sending you 1 simple weekly challenge to complete each week.

REFLECTION & FOCUS

Giving even just a few moments to show gratitude or appreciation for the day leads to big changes in positive mindset. Write in a journal, say out loud what you appreciated about today, or tell someone you appreciate them. We will also send you 3 additional yet simple Focus challenges during your 8 week challenge.

COMMUNITY & SOCIALIZATION

The simple act of drinking enough clean water has many benefits, from mood, to performance, to cleansing the body.

Pretty much all health, fitness, and wellness professionals all over the world agree on the key aspects of wellbeing; movement, nutrition, sleep, purpose, and charity, so we took those aspects, and created our Core 8 Pillars by focussing on what we believe the most important parts are to create the whole.

Helping others with less than you is a great experience. Help out a charity of your choice in what ever way you can. 1 point

CONNECTION

Connecting people who may benefit from each other is a hallmark of community. Earn 1 point for connecting people together. 

NOVELTY

You never know if you don't try. Try a new class, destination, or life experience, and earn 1 point each.

PROCLAME!

Letting the world know your intentions will help you stick to them. Get 2 bonus points just for telling people publicly you are in the challenge. 

VOUNTEER

Helping others and asking for nothing in return makes us feel good. Earn an extra 2 point for everytime you offer you assistance to others. 

INVITATION

Invite others to participate and change their lives. Earn 3 points. One time only.
