Creating productive habits, and planning our lives we find freedom. That's the irony; systems create freedom. Why? Because we become Proactive, rather that Reactive. Meaning we take control of our lives, and don't let other dictate our time, and with this new found time, we can do ANYTHING! 

 

Planning your next day, reading a new book, listening to a podcast on topics you enjoy, watching an educational video, taking a walk in the sun, or blog a beach, cleaning a messy area, making your bed upon waking, walking with your family through the park, riding a bicycle to explore your city, sharing a latte with friends, getting off your Facebook, disconnecting from your phone... all that makes you feel amazing, and you will become the

 

“Drink lots of water; the dehydrated man is weak, miserable,

and half-dead… more zombie-like than human".
