Sleep is the first thing to get ignored and the last thing to be considered when trying to get healthy and improve your body.

Sleep is the right up there with nutrition when it comes to almost any body and health result. From muscle gain, fat loss, recovery, balancing hormones, and even is being strongly correlated to lowering risks of depression, Alzheimers, and cognitive issues.
