Welcome to the thriveLIFE Challenge, your personal challenge to a better you, but feel free to bring your fiends, family, gym buddies and workout partners, or even co-workers along, and challenge each other to earn the best score possible, the most stars, and best of all, the most "thriveLIFE".
The best part, you DO NOT NEED ANY special apps or software, and we use only the most common platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and PDF's, and even then, you don't need those, they're just there if you want them.
We don't "teach" you anything, meaning we down supply you with workouts, or meal plans, or any particular routines, but we do demonstrate to you through the use of simple blog & articles, videos, or a few 7-8 page PDF booklets the kind of things you should be doing, and we also make some suggestions as well to help you out on your journey.
**We assume most of you are already active, and going to some kind of gym or home routine, but like many people are looking for the "bigger health picture" and how it all fits together, rather than just doing the typical workout, and not much else, and that is where this lifestyle challenge has been created to step up.**

Step 3. Some of the Pillar Habits are prescribed, while some are going to be created from your personal
preferences. For example; water hydration levels are based off of your weight, and your nutritional guidelines have very clearly prescribed rules of what not to eat. However, the amount of sleep you will aim for will be based of what YOU KNOW will make you feel the most rested based on the discovery materials we send you. Some people may choose 7 hours, while others choose 9. The important thing is you stick to YOUR schedule and YOUR rules, not ours.
Step 4. You start the challenge, and every now and then we will gift you with some new ideas, videos, and PDF's to help make your journey, easy, full of discovery, and most of all fun!
Step 5. You can also post your scores daily, weekly, bi-weekly whenever and where ever you want to our Members Only Facebook Group. And see how you stack up against others competing all over the world.
