WHAT IS IT?

Simple! Everyday try to complete the daily thrive Pillar 8 Habits. Each positive habit gives you + (positive) points, while negative habits give you - (negative) points. Complete all the habits each day, and add up your score, and subtract any negative habits. Your total score is out of 24 (representing the hours in a day.  Score a 24, you scored a "PERFECT DAY"!). There will also be BONUS points available too for hitting certain landmarks, and for going ABOVE & BEYOND.

We know everyone likes a little "junk" foods every now and then, whether it's a slice of a Chicago deep crust, or an ice cold pint. And now you can earn it! 

 

Just make sure to lose less than 3 nutrition points every 5 consecutive days, and earn a "no points lost treat".

Everyone needs to recover from exercise from time to time, so you earn this little rest day for completing 7 consecutive days of exercise.

There are no point trade ins as you NEED to take recovery days for optimal health. But you don't lose exercise points either. 

NITE OUT

THE NITE OUT

Going 12 weeks without going out? Unlikely. So now you can earn that guilt free evening out. You know it's going to interfere with both your sleep and eating, so this one a little harder to get.

 

Score a near perfect (less than 5 lost points) on your your scoreboard criteria for 10 days, and earn a "no points taken nite out".

THE DDS

THE DDS

The coveted DDS or Don't Do Sh!# reward is the hardest reward to earn.

 

15 days with less than 5 loss points will earn you a complete day of doing what you want, or don't want, and eating what ever you want. No guilt, no rules for 24 hours.
