WHERE MEDICINE &
Exercise As Medicine is a health initiative which encourages primary care physicians and other health care providers to include physical activity when designing treatment plans and to refer patients to evidence-based exercise programs and qualified exercise professionals.
The strategy is a committed belief that physical activity promotes optimal health, is integral in the prevention and treatment of many medical conditions, increases health span and quality of life, and should be regularly included as part of progressive and modern health care.
KITCHEN CLEAN UP
The kitchen is the nourishment center of the home and where nearly all health or illness is re-inforced. With my kitchen clean up, I will help your clients clear out the junk foods, add healthy, wholesome ingredients, and design a kitchen that reinforces healthy eating and good food habits. Includes healthy cooking tips, chemical de-toxing, natural cleaning supplies, and improving healthy hacks and habits like smaller plate sizes, mindful eating, etc.
PERSONAL EXERCISE & DAILY MOVEMENT TRAINING
Proper exercise written by a fitness professional is very important to help clients stay strong, and mobile. However, besides focused exercise, clients need simple ways to improve their daily movement throughout the day by creating passive movement lifestyle changes. I create in-gym or in-home exercise programs. Home Gym / Yoga space design. NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis will be passively introduced.
Clearly understanding proper serving sizes, calorie needs, hydration, macro and micro nutrients, food storage, and wholesome, high nutrient, whole foods prepared properly along with comprehending your physical activity needs and how to exercise and move properly are some of the major key elements to long term health.
HOME HEALTH OPTIMIZATION
The home is the sanctuary of your health, yet most people do not know how to focus the power of their home to boost their health, inspiration, recovery, decrease stress, and improve mindfulness. With my Home Health Optimization strategies I will help you discover all this and more through optimizing circadian rhythms, decluttering, environmental detox, the proper use of colors, life inspiration, wellness technologies, improving home air quality, home water quality (drinking and bathing), sleep architecture, lighting and improving natural human movement habits.
